Observation

110-300-0260(1)(a) - fish food was observed stored in the fridge in classroom #2, accessible to children. A bottle of sanitizer was observed on the shelf in the bathroom in classroom #2, accessible to children. 110-300-0260(1)(b) - fish food was stored in the same fridge where children's food was stored in the classrom #2. Additionally, fish worms, which emitted a bad smell upon touching them, were stored in the freezer on top of the cold pack. 110-300-0260(5) - toilet plungers and toilet brushes were observed in the children's bathroom, accessible to children.
